That sounds nice,but wouldn't it be really complicated?
I mean, more than 3 factions share a village.What if there's one unclaimed place,and 2 factions need it?Wouldn't it be sooo hard to organize?

Yeah it's going to be a mess once we start using it. We might need to adjust the size so it covers exactly 4 chunks (or however many we need) so each faction can claim their own piece of land.
