It's very possible.If you can get to the persons back all the time,you should manage to beat the person easily.Also jumping a lot and sprinting helps.

Anything is possible, but you would have to be a very skilled PvPer to beat that iron armor. It will be a very epic battle though. Also why would you ask a question like this? Have you gone through this situation before?
