4.I am qualified because i will help when people need help and i will follow any authority higher than me.

1.first,I would ask what happened.After that i would see if there is anything i could do it depends on the situation.
2.i would tell them off and give them a warning. if its griefing i would give them a ban.I believe everyone should get a second chance.
3.I would make sure that he is telling the truth and looking at all the evidence and if found guilty i would either kick him or ban.I believe that everyone should be Innocent until proven guilty.
4.I wouldn't do anything unless he is under attack by another player that tp's to the person.The person found the diamond and it is his property starting when he collects it.
5.first i would mute the person for bad language and if he continues after the mute i would ban him.
